Tube Bending
Yeager Manufacturing Technologies provides high quality, accurate, and repeatable tube bending by way of a top of the line CNC mandrel tube bender capable of producing accuracy within 0.1 degree. From 1" to 3.5" OD and a full range of materials (steel, stainless steel, aluminum), we have you covered for any tube bending task.

Plasma Cutting
Our high-definition CNC plasma cutting machine allows us to cut accurate profiles from 1/16" to 7/8" plate on any type of conductive metal (steel, aluminum, stainless steel, brass, copper, etc) with a 0.02" accuracy! Whether you're in need of 1,000 brackets made of 0.25" steel all the way to a single 10 GA copper sign, our engineers and staff can design, program, cut, and finish your part faster than any competitor in the area.

Welding
Yeager Manufacturing provides MIG and TIG welding on all types of materials such as steel, stainless steel, and aluminum. All welding jobs will be performed in-house on our 4'x10' precision machined welding fixture tables with the accuracy and repeatability that you desire. We understand that different jobs have different accuracy requirements and budgets, and that's why we offer everything from a quick weld up to highly repeatable fixturing for multiple runs.
Powder Coating
Powder coating is a process that adheres powder to a conductive material (metals) and bakes on a durable finish that resembles painting. This alternative to paint is more durable and scratch resistant, and available in a VERY wide range of colors and textures to meet your needs.
Our powder coating services are available to coat the products that we produce from our other services, or coat items supplied by you (such as frames, wheels, etc). All of our powder coated parts are Iron Phosphate prepped for maximum adhesion and longevity.

Engineering
At Yeager Manufacturing, our engineers are skilled in designing custom sheet metal and tubing designs for parts we create in-house. Using the top-of-the-line Creo software from PTC, the possibilities are endless for our CAD designers. Bring us an idea and we can bring it to reality!
